1. Digital Products
All Thumble LLC products are digital in nature — including learning packs, printable materials, and subscriptions. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, we maintain the following refund rules:
→ Full refunds are available for any defective or malfunctioning digital file.
→ If you experience technical issues or receive a file that doesn’t function as described, please contact us within 10 days of purchase so we can resolve the issue or issue a refund.
2. Subscription Plans
If you are enrolled in a recurring subscription plan:
→ You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing [email protected].
→ Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
→ Partial refunds may be considered for subscriptions lasting over two months, based on your access and usage.
Please note: cancelling a subscription does not automatically generate a refund unless you specifically request one.
3. Refund Requests
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request.”
Please include:
→ Your full name
→ Email used for purchase
→ Order date or transaction ID
→ Description of the issue or reason for refund
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days.
4. Store Credit
For digital files where a refund is not possible (for example, after the file has been successfully downloaded and accessed), we may issue store credit to be used toward future Thumble LLC purchases.
Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
→ Change of mind after purchase
→ Inability to operate or download files due to device limitations
→ Accidental purchases made without contacting us within 10 days
→ Subscription renewals that were not cancelled prior to billing date
We encourage all customers to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
6. Defective or Incorrect Files
If you receive a defective file or an incorrect product, please email us immediately at [email protected].
We will replace or refund the product at no cost to you.
7. Payment Platforms
Payments and refunds are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal, depending on your selected payment method.
Once a refund is approved, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. Disputed Payments
If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed through your bank or payment provider, your access to Thumble LLC products may be suspended while the matter is reviewed.
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a dispute.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy periodically to reflect changes in our products, services, or legal requirements.
Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date.
