Thank you for choosing Thumble LLC, doing business as "Thumbles" ("we," "us," or "our"). We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for all products and subscriptions purchased through our website https://thumbles.co.
1. Digital Products (One-Time Purchases)
All our digital products—including learning packs, printable materials, and guides—are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned.
Full refunds are available within 10 days of purchase if:
- The file won't download or is corrupted
- Content is missing or incomplete
- The product doesn't match its description
- You experience any technical issue that prevents you from using the product
To request a refund: Contact us at [email protected] within 10 days of purchase with your order details and a description of the issue.
Accidental purchases: If you contact us within 10 days before downloading or accessing the product, we'll provide a full refund.
2. Meaningful Play Membership (Subscription)
Our community membership includes a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial period with no charge.
Monthly Subscriptions:
- Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing [email protected]
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for the current month (you had access to the membership for that period)
- Exception: If technical issues prevented you from accessing the membership, contact us within 10 days of your billing date for a refund
Annual Subscriptions:
- Cancel anytime and request a prorated refund for unused full months
- Contact [email protected] to process your refund
- We'll calculate the refund based on months remaining and process it within 3–5 business days
Please note: Cancelling a subscription does not automatically generate a refund unless you specifically request one.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your full name
- Email address used for purchase
- Order date or transaction ID
- Description of the issue or reason for refund
We respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after downloading or accessing a digital product
- Inability to use files due to personal device limitations
- Subscription renewals that were not cancelled before the billing date (monthly subscribers)
- Requests made after the 10-day window for digital products
We encourage all customers to review product descriptions and take advantage of free trials before purchasing.
5. Payment Processing
Payments and refunds are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. Once a refund is approved, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] to resolve any issues before filing a payment dispute with your bank.
If a chargeback is filed:
- Your access to all Thumbles products and community membership will be immediately suspended while we investigate
- Accounts involved in fraudulent disputes may be permanently banned from future purchases and community access
- If the dispute is resolved in your favor and was a legitimate misunderstanding, access will be restored

We may update this Refund Policy periodically to reflect changes in our products, services, or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective date."
